- Eco Solutions Capital, Inc: Carbon Fund
- This is a first-of-a-kind (FOAK) strategy to buy the carbon credit pipeline via options. The climate funding gap is sitting at around US$ 2.5 trillion. This strategy creates strong double-digit returns from the carbon credit warehousing strategy, which will be coupled with a second tech fund that will aim to achieve a 5X – 10X return over a 10-year time frame.
- Eco Solutions Capital, Inc: Sherpa Alpha Climatetech and Nature-Based Solutions Syndicate 1
- This is a first-of-a-kind (FOAK) strategy to scale solutions for the planet’s hardest problems. It includes four (4) startups that represent the following solutions: Industrial Circularity (waste to certified green building materials), Regenerative Infrastructure (nature-based tech for frontier markets), Crop Protection (natural solutions for global supply chains) and Regenerative Ocean Ecosystems (Re-Reefing to build sustainable and commercially viable ecosystems). The strategy calls for an initial investment of US$2.5m, at valuations that should see a 3.5X-5X uplift in investment value by the time the companies reach Series A.
- Eco Solutions Capital, Inc: Commodity Finance Fund
- Banks are deplatforming AAA credit-rated, Tier 1 resources companies – CRAFT is filling that trade finance gap – with a book of business worth AUD 5 billion. They have issued the first AUD 150M series, which attracts 8% on AUD and 7% on USD based noted. They are guaranteed by assets and the security of the credit quality of the customers using the capital.
- Eco Solutions Capital, Inc: Greening Industrial Waste
- BSMART has invented, tested, validated and patented processes using nano and quantum technology that can convert environmentally damaging and expensive to remediate industrial waste streams into “green” building products such as paving bricks. They are a technology company and will operate a franchise business model (business-in-a-box), as their machines will be 100% mobile and be delivered in one or more 40-foot shipping containers right to the site of the waste stream that needs to be cleaned up. The client will have a product or products that are selling into a global market worth US$ 1.7 trillion and is growing at 14%.
