John C. Indelicato
Co-FOUNDER & CEO
John started his career on the trading floors of the New York Mercantile Exchange, New York Commodities Exchange and the New York Cotton Exchange. He was Head Platinum Trader for Johnson Matthey Bankers and later Head Gold Trader for REFCO. He co-founded several startups; one was a clean energy company in Hong Kong.
A. James Spurway
co-founder, CFO & CTO
James is a high school dropout who completed a BEc from UTS in Sydney at age 29. He also completed master’s degree studies in Sustainability from MITX. He founded 10 Startups and grew them to 8 figure revenues. He’s invested US$10M of his own capital in 75 startups, 1/3 in the impact (UN SDG) space, and had 2 Unicorn exits.
Anthony D. Mascia
DIRECTOR
Anthony is concurrently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at EFSI. He has 26 years and counting in the alternative investment industry. Award-winning EFSI services private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate funds, and other alternative vehicles like family offices, with a combined AUM/FUM of three billion US dollars.
